What you'll be doing:

As an External Portfolio Senior Specialist - TBS, you'll be at the heart of new product development projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from concept to production. You'll manage data, schedules, and approvals, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep timelines on track. Your role will be essential in maintaining accuracy, resolving issues quickly, and supporting the delivery of high-quality products to market.

Key responsibilities:

What you'll be working on:

• Preparing and maintaining Bills of Material (BOM) and manufacturing master data

• Managing component development schedules and first production timelines

• Coordinating color approvals and artwork processes with agencies and suppliers

• Ensuring component samples and artwork proofs are received and approved

• Maintaining accurate project databases and providing timely updates

• Acting as the first point of contact for queries and escalating issues when needed

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Engineering or Science

• 3 years experience in manufacturing, product development, or administration

• Strong English communication skills

• Computer literacy and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• A collaborative team player with strong coordination skills
