Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and enhance our company's public image through strategic public relations, media engagement, and external communications. Reporting to the Communications Department Head (External), this role involves planning and executing PR initiatives, managing external communications, overseeing corporate events, and supporting social media efforts that bolster brand credibility and visibility.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of external communication and PR strategies.
  • Prepare press materials, feature articles, and other external publications.
  • Monitor media coverage, press pick-ups, and online brand mentions.
  • Document all PR and media-related activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events such as MOA signings, partner engagements, and special events.
  • Coordinate with media partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper execution, monitoring, and post-event reporting of all activities.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather content, stories, photos, and materials for external use.
  • Work with internal and external partners on PR collaterals, including brochures, flyers, posters, etc.
  • Support initiatives that promote and protect the company's corporate image.
  • Assist with PR-driven social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor online platforms for brand and executive mentions.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital PR trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Public Relations, Marketing and Corporate Communications, or Events Management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in external communications, media relations, and PR coordination.
  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati.
