Role Description

We are seeking experienced External Auditors (Senior and Associate Managers) for a full-time, on-site/Hybrid role in Makati. Responsibilities include planning, conducting, and overseeing financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy of financial records. You will also review internal controls, prepare audit reports, offer recommendations for process improvements, and liaise with clients to address audit findings. The role requires leadership in supervising and mentoring audit teams while ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Professional knowledge in financial auditing, internal controls assessment, and compliance auditing practices
• Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation policies
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and team leadership abilities
• Proficiency in audit tools, data analysis, and related software
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in external auditing, ideally 3-5 years for Senior Auditors or 6+ years, including leadership roles, for Associate Managers
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
