Job Description

We are looking for experienced Audit professionals to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in external audit, financial reporting, and audit engagement management, preferably with experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm.

This role will oversee audit engagements, manage client relationships, ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards, and provide guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements across various industries.
• Plan, execute, and review audit procedures to ensure compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.
• Review financial statements, audit working papers, and supporting documentation.
• Identify financial risks, internal control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Manage client communications and coordinate audit requirements and deliverables.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor audit associates and senior associates.
• Monitor engagement timelines, resource allocation, and overall audit quality.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.
• Ensure timely completion of audit engagements in accordance with established deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• With relevant experience in external audit, preferably gained from a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Open to candidates currently holding Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager positions.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling and reviewing audit engagements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and work within tight deadlines.
