About the Role: As an External Audit Manager - US you are expected to guide the execution of audit engagements, focusing on a customer-centric approach. You are expected to be responsible for supervising, developing, and coaching teams, managing client service accounts, and driving assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop impactful deliverables.
Work Setup: Hybrid (At least 50% RTO in Pasig City)
Work Shift: Flexible/ Rotational Shift
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of audit initiatives
- Guide audit engagements with a client-focused approach
- Supervise and mentor audit teams to enhance performance
- Manage client service accounts and deliver elevated-quality deliverables
- Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions
- Drive engagement workstreams independently
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
Qualifications:
- Has a bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 6 years of external audit experience in public accounting
- Philippines Licensed Certified Public Accountant or US Certified Public Accountant (required).
- Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus
- Incorporating up-to-date technology/technology developments
- Experience delivering high-quality audit deliverables and driving workstreams independently
- Effectively mentor others
- Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate
