Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning to completion.
Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to audit staff and senior associates.
Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
Ensure audits are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
Identify and communicate key risks, control weaknesses, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support business development activities by assisting with proposals and client presentations.
Stay up to date on accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 67 years of external audit experience, including audits across various industries.
At least 2 years of people management experience.

Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
