What You'll Need:
. Finance & Accountancy / Economics / Econometrics background.
. At least 3-5 years of experience in Consultancy /Advisory / Due Diligence services.
. At least 3 years of financial modelling experience.
. Real Estate experience would be an asset.
. Preferred US GAAP or IFRS knowledge and experience in financial modelling.
. Data Repository tools experience advantageous.
. Excellent English Essential.
. Strong Excel data manipulation skills - (Lookups, pivot tables, If/Sum If statements - as a minimum).
. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
. Analytical and Planning Skills.
. Commercial Awareness.
. Team player.
. Can work effectively with minimal supervision or guidance.
. Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
. Is able to prioritize tasks, set goals, and manage their time efficiently.
