Job Title: CAD Security Coordinator (Manila, APAC Region)

Role Overview

This role operates as a self-managing professional within the Design function, responsible for preparing, producing, and updating comprehensive electronic working plans, maps, and security drawings. You will manage projects from Schematic Design (Stage 2) through Record Drawings/As-Builts (Stage 6), balancing time management and ticket queue prioritization to ensure spatial accuracy and error-free execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • CAD Security Design & Construction (D&C): Draft, update, and finalize security drawing sets, elevation details, door details, camera schedules, and riser diagrams across the project lifecycle.
  • Master Record Maintenance: Maintain and update full-building master security record drawings and As-Builts utilizing computer-aided drafting techniques.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with internal and external partners to obtain project details and resolve straightforward operational problems using defined procedures.


Performance Metrics

  • Quality Standard: Maintain a minimum 95% average QA/QC score with first-time accuracy on drawing corrections.
  • SLA Compliance: Achieve a 100% Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance target across all project timelines.


What You'll Need

  • Experience & Education: High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related drafting or CAD experience.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for thorough client-facing collaboration, exchanging straightforward information, and active participation in team syncs.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to follow basic work routines, verify spatially accurate maps, and calculate simple figures (such as percentages, discounts, and markups).
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational abilities, excellent time management, an inquisitive mindset, and the ability to deliver output by following clearly defined procedures.
