Primary Function: As an Export Supply Chain Associate, you will support export operations by ensuring accurate order processing, inventory monitoring, material readiness, data management, and administrative support for the Export Supply Chain Management Supervisor. The role includes coordination with the Procurement group, Manufacturing units, and internal teams to ensure that export requirements are met on time.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- With at least 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Export Operations, Logistics, Procurement, or Master Data Management (preferred)
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
- With exposure to order processing, inventory monitoring, and data reporting
- Knowledgeable in export operations, supply chain workflows, and basic logistics terminology
- With SAP knowledge (MM, SD modules) or experience with other ERP systems
- With an understanding of inventory management, RM/PM planning, and production workflows
- With strong MS Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, data consolidation)
- Willing to be based in Ortigas
