The Role
The Export Sales Specialist is responsible for driving export sales, managing international client relationships, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of our products to global markets.
You will work closely with the Export, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure our products reach overseas customers efficiently, while maintaining exceptional service standards and commercial performance.

What You'll Be Accountable For
Export Sales & Account Management
Identify, develop, and manage international accounts to drive export growth
Build strong relationships with distributors, importers, and key clients abroad
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company objectives
Order & Export Coordination
Collaborate with Export and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Oversee documentation, shipping instructions, and compliance requirements
Track shipments and provide updates to clients on delivery status
Market & Customer Insights
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities
Provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams to support export growth strategies
Develop plans to increase market share and strengthen client loyalty
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance on billing, credit terms, and export forecasts
Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of international markets, shipping, and trade compliance
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and deliver results
