We're looking for professionals with Export Order Management experience to support the Kraft Heinz Company ANZ Market. FMCG experience is an advantage, but candidates from other industries with relevant Order Management expertise are highly encouraged to apply.

Overview of the role (including but not limited to):

• Process domestic and export orders accurately from order entry through resolution.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Review orders, identify discrepancies, and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Manage order-related inquiries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across order management systems.
• Work in a process-driven environment while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Identify issues and support continuous improvement of order management processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in domestic/export order management, customer service, or related operations.
• Export Order Management experience is highly preferred.
• FMCG industry experience is an advantage; however, candidates from other industries with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of order management and customer operations.
• Experience in a process-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and processing accuracy.
• ERP or order entry systems experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• Willing to support the ANZ market and work within ANZ business hours.
