Export Business Development Manager

Role Description The Export Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new export markets, building and maintaining relationships with international distributors and partners, and driving sales growth for Fourtify Inc.s snack and beverage portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and executing export business plans, conducting market research and competitive analysis, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing, product availability, logistics, and regulatory requirements. The Export Business Development Manager will track performance against targets, prepare regular sales and pipeline reports, and collaborate closely with marketing and operations to ensure smooth market entry and sustainable growth.

• Strong skills in Business Development and Sales, with a track record of achieving growth targets in FMCG or related industries.
• Knowledge of International Business and Export processes, including documentation, compliance, and cross-border trade regulations.
• Experience in Business Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, and creating data-driven go-to-market strategies.
• Analytical mindset, proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools, and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in export or international sales within FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer goods sectors is highly beneficial.
