About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced school administrators who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for school administrators with 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, parent-teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement and professional development materials.
Compensation: $80/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP

- 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration experience in a K-12 environment
- Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design
- Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
