Expert Level Sales Development Representative (Home-based PH)

Client Business Overview:

The client owns a company that provides fire alarm systems, technician training programs, and related client services. They require a full-time Sales Development Representative who can perform outbound sales, manage chats/calls, and support customer inquiries while integrating into their GrowthWorks CRM-based workflow.

• Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Make 6080 outbound calls daily

- Manage live chat via RingCentral

- Handle light customer service inquiries and basic support

- Provide product/service information to clients

- Set and confirm appointments

- Assist with call handling queue and client follow-ups

- Perform basic website blog posting with provided instructions

- Document activity in GrowthWorks CRM

- Assist with email responses and lead touchpoints

- Support sales cycle preparation (scripts, notes, follow-ups)

• Software Tools and Websites Required:

- GrowthWorks CRM - client is willing to train the VA

- RingCentral

- Company website CMS (for blog posting)

- PDFs, videos, and training materials provided by client

- Internal communication tools

• Assistant Schedule: 8AM - 5PM EST Full Time 40 hours/week, MF

• Technical Requirements:

-USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

-Working Webcam

-Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

-Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

-Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Base Salary Package (with HMO):

Expert Level (5+ years of experience): PHP 60,000 to PHP 68,000 per month (negotiable)
