Job Description

This role ensures the availability and continuity of telecom services through effective maintenance, incident management, and site ownership of wireless, wireline, B2B enterprise circuits, and transmission equipment. It manages suppliers and third-party services, oversees equipment acceptance and compliance with standards, and drives timely resolution of site, access, and operational issues. The position also maintains accurate site and asset records, manages spares and tools, and supports business continuity through active participation in BIA and BCMS activities.

The role is responsible for ensuring high service availability by performing preventive and corrective maintenance of wireless, wireline, B2B enterprise circuits, and transmission telecom equipment. It oversees supplier and third-party performance by directing, supervising, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with SLAs, including auditing PAT, HAT, and SAT results and escalating major defects for acceptance governance. The position manages incidents and events by leading rapid service restoration efforts, closing field work orders, and minimizing business impact to meet operational SLAs. It also assesses site-related issues such as access, lease, and utilities, initiates SRW/SMW for unresolved concerns, and leads assigned ad hoc or special projects.
