Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot VoIP systems
- Configure extensions and call routing
- Provision and troubleshoot IP phones (Yealink)
- Basic support for Asterisk-based PBX
- Assist customers via email and calls
Fix common issues like:
- Registration problems
- One-way audio
- Call quality issues
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of VoIP experience
- Experience with Asterisk is a plus
- Basic understanding of SIP and networking
- Good English communication skills

- Experience with NetSapiens
- Experience with Asterisk
- Experience working for a VoIP provider
- Basic scripting knowledge
