Job Description:
- Conducts detailed cost analysis and develops cost models for new warehouse projects and expansion initiatives.
- Tracks committed cost targets to ensure alignment with financial targets and adjusts projections based on updated supply and demand data.
- Analyzes labor, materials, and operational costs to assess project feasibility and budget requirements.
- Collaborates with project managers and stakeholders to gather data, understand project specifications, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepares comprehensive financial reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitors project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets, timelines, and risk assessments related to potential delays or scope changes.
- Supports procurement activities by analyzing vendor costs and pricing strategies for warehouse materials and services.
- Stays updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting warehouse costs.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, project management, or warehouse/logistics operations.
Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and cost estimation tools is a plus.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a cost-conscious and data-driven approach.
- Ability to assess financial feasibility and identify cost-saving opportunities in warehouse operations.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
