- Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
- Source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners
- Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers
- Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
- Successfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communications, Operations Management, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales
- A great track record of successful project management is required
- High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
- Required to travel locally (Mindanao Region)
