STORE EXPANSION MANAGER

The Store Expansion Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of new store openings and expansions. This role works closely with real estate, construction, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure stores open on time, within budget, and meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end site selection, lease negotiations, and due diligence for new store openings.
• Oversee store design, construction, and build-out in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Collaborate with store operations on pre-opening activities such as staffing, inventory setup, and training.
• Support strategic expansion planning, optimize store formats, and maintain strong vendor and landlord relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in retail store development, expansion, or real estate management.
• Proven project management skills with expertise in lease negotiation and construction processes.
