This is not a traditional secretarial role—it is a strategic, numbers-driven partnership directly supporting the Chief Operating Officer.

What You Will Do
Financial Stewardship: Partner closely with the COO to support corporate financial discipline and strengthen performance reporting.

Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements and systems alignment across various departments.
Compliance Oversight: Monitor basic taxation requirements and regulatory compliance to safeguard business health.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. An MBA graduate is highly preferred but not required.
Experience: At least 6 to 10 years of robust experience in accounting and/or corporate finance.
Core Expertise: Profound knowledge of financial statements, basic taxation, and local regulatory compliance.
Technical Mastery: Highly proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) and standard accounting/reporting software.
Traits: Exceptionally structured, hyper-detailed, and resilient under tight deadlines.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
Location: Pasig City (On-site / Executive Office)
Schedule: 5 Days a week | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Must be willing to work extended hours when critical operational deadlines arise)
