As a core member of the Fund Accounting – Institutional Services team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for our complex client base.

Your Role
Operational Leadership & Management
- Build and develop high performing leadership teams across functions through coaching and mentorship to senior leaders including SVPs, VPs, Managers, and Supervisors, fostering a strong performance and accountability culture.
- Build a collaborative, empowered environment through effective delegation, training, motivation, employee engagement and career development.
Stakeholders Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with all stakeholders through regular meetings, operational coordination and serving as a senior point of contact, conducting periodic service reviews to assess service quality and evolving client priorities.
- Define, monitor, and manage client SLAs, ensuring transparency and accountability through robust reporting.
Operational Oversight & Service Delivery
- Oversee daily operations and production across FA, Custody, DM and Pricing & Trade Capture, while ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery against agreed service levels.
- Ensure issues are escalated to LO in a timely manner.
- Review performance dashboards, MIS, and KPIs regularly to ensure departmental targets and client commitments are met.
- Develop, maintain, and validate operational procedures, controls, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency.
- Actively contributes to global processing initiatives, working closely with other regional leads to support standardization and scalability, with regular touchpoints.
Process improvement, efficiency, and technology
- Focus on operational stability, scalability, digitization, and delivery.
- Contribute to group-level strategic planning and prioritization for transformation or efficiency initiatives, including assignment of project leads or SMEs.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processing.
Risk Management and Governance
- Take ownership of risk management within the department, including conducting Risk Assessments where required.
- Manage operational risk through incident logging, action plan maintenance, and remediation tracking in CAMMS.
Qualifications
About You
- Have 10-15 years of experience in Fund Accounting and managing staff
- Experience working with and overseeing offshore operational teams
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals
- In depth experience in Fund of Fund structures, preferably with exposure to private equity and hedge fund investments
- Excellent grasp of Citco's various technology platforms or the ability to learn quickly
- Experience in leading significant client on-boardings
- Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
