Job Overview

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 5 years of experience in the field, demonstrating strong expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to effectively manage responsibilities and support team objectives.

Your Daily Tasks

Executive Partnership & Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across your assigned portfolio of Executives and service lines
  • Coordinate communications, requests, follow-ups, and administrative activities to ensure timely delivery
  • Support executive priorities by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts as needed

Executive Enablement

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and executive engagements in partnership with Office Support Services
  • Prepare executive materials, briefs, documentation, and meeting collateral using established templates and governance standards
  • Monitor actions and commitments to ensure important priorities continue moving forward

Operational Delivery

  • Collaborate with Senior Executive Support Specialists and Team Leaders on complex or time-sensitive requests
  • Partner with Business Support Specialists to ensure seamless coordination across administrative processes
  • Apply service standards, processes, and quality controls to deliver consistent, reliable support
  • Escalate risks, issues, or workload constraints proactively to protect executive commitments and business outcomes

Commercial & Business Support

  • Assist with commercial administration, Salesforce updates, and executive documentation
  • Use technology and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and service delivery
