The Executive Support Specialist delivers comprehensive administrative and logistical support to Core executive, ensuring effective management of schedules, meetings, travel, expenses, and confidential documents. The role coordinates communications, prepares reports and presentations, manages document flow, processes reimbursements, and organizes events to enable smooth daily operations and support the executives in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting top management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational and time-management skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Able to interact professionally with diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
