About the Role

Our Business Services and Support teams play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across the organization. This role provides high-quality administrative and operational support that enables leaders and teams to focus on delivering exceptional results.


The Opportunity

As part of the Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will support global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. This role offers exposure to dynamic projects, innovative tools, and continuous learning opportunities designed to enhance your professional and technical skills.

As a Senior Associate - Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership and committees. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, managing complex tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support (calendar, meetings, travel coordination)
  • Manage complex schedules and prioritize competing demands
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and handle confidential information
  • Support leadership teams and committees in daily operations
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Analyze and resolve administrative and operational challenges
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to company standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive support roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Knowledge of passport/visa processing and travel coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in preparing presentations and reports
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
