Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Lapu-Lapu for the role of Executive Sous Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will assist in planning, developing, and overseeing the preparation of meals and kitchen operations. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality and consistent food production, monitoring food storage, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, training staff, and creating innovative menus in alignment with the resort's standards.
