[What the role is]
This is a 2-year position as an Executive/Senior Executive, Marcomms in the Corporate Communications Office.
[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist in the planning, coordinating and execution of marketing and outreach campaigns and events to enhance brand identity, engagement and reach of our target audience.
- Collaborate with various departments and Academic Schools to support marketing initiatives and to ensure the successful execution of events and campaigns.
- Provide guidance to student leaders in areas of events planning and ensure smooth operations of the student leader organization.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and audience preferences to support the development of marketing strategies.
- Help monitor project budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Provide procurement and administrative support for all projects to ensure compliance and proper records of data.
- Assist with other related marketing scope such as social media marketing.
[What we are looking for]
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, events management or relevant fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think critically and creatively and have an eye for details.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, event management tools and social media platforms.
