Executive / Senior Executive, Global Process Management (Tender Management) (Global HQ)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and continuously enhance the tender management process and system by collaborating closely with business stakeholders and system developers.
• Communicate business requirements to system developers to ensure functionality aligns with operational needs and maximizes yield.
• Conduct thorough system testing, user acceptance verification, and data quality checks across cost, surcharge, and D&D metrics.
• Drive training for regional Sales teams on initial check-in tools via hands-on and virtual sessions, following up where necessary.
• Educate regional Pricers on tender pricing tools to enable quick, precise pricing.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Broad working knowledge and hands-on experience in container shipping sales, pricing operations, or tender management.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to review complex datasets, conduct comparative analysis, and draw data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities to engage cross-regional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in technical tools such as SQL, Python, VBA, or Google Apps Script is highly preferred.
