Outbound Sales / Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships. If you're confident on the phone, like turning conversations into opportunities, and want to be part of a growing team, you'll fit right in.

In this role, you'll connect with business owners and decision-makers, introduce our services, and help turn interest into real opportunities. Your work will directly impact our growth, and we'll support you every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

Reaching out to potential U.S.-based clients through outbound calls

Starting real conversations and building connections with decision-makers

Introducing our services in a clear, natural, and engaging way

Generating qualified leads and booking appointments

Following up with prospects via calls, email, and messaging

Keeping CRM records organized and up to date using GoHighLevel

Understanding client needs and helping match them with the right solutions

Hitting daily and weekly outreach goals

What We're Looking For

Strong English communication skills, clear and confident

Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales

Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations

Available to work U.S. business hours

Self-motivated, reliable, and driven to hit targets

Comfortable using CRM tools and spreadsheets

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in staffing or recruitment

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting

Background in B2B sales or appointment setting

Experience working with U.S.-based clients
