Role Description The Executive Property Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Santa Rosa City, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. This role involves actively promoting ARTHALAND properties, managing client inquiries, and providing end-to-end assistance to prospective buyers and tenants. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing proposals, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting sales negotiations and documentation. The Executive Property Specialist will also perform market research, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and achieve sales targets. Daily tasks require consistent follow-up with leads, delivering professional customer service, and representing ARTHALAND's brand and sustainability values.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships professionally.
  • Sales capabilities, including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and closing transactions, with a focus on meeting or exceeding property sales targets.
  • Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand market trends, evaluate property data, and provide insights that support sales strategies and client recommendations.
  • Ability to present information clearly, prepare accurate documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth property transactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, property sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Professional, ethical, and inclusive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
