  • Help bring structure and organization to complex projects involving multiple workstreams.
  • Partner closely with project and business leaders to help ensure initiatives continue moving forward.

What are the ideal requirements

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with U.S./onshore business partners or cross-functional teams strongly preferred.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and general Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable following up with individuals at different levels of the organization and respectfully driving accountability.
  • Able to work independently, anticipate needs, identify gaps, and take action without waiting for detailed direction.
  • Formal project management certification is not required.
  • Has experience working mid/night shift
  • Willing to work on a 4pm to 1am / 5pm to 2am schedule to support US business operations.

Note: The ideal candidate is highly proactive and naturally organized. They do not simply document action items; they actively drive follow-through, anticipate what is needed next, and help ensure commitments do not fall through the cracks.
