Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant (UK Support)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Part-time (30 hours/week), UK Morning Shift (approx. 5:00 PM 11:00 PM PHT)

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive, high-level Executive Personal Assistant to support our Director. This is a dual-focus role combining business administration and personal lifestyle management. The ideal candidate is a fixersomeone who anticipates needs, manages complex logistics, and ensures the Director can focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Operations Support

  • Organize and support EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) management meetings: prepare reports, format presentations, and keep managers aligned for monthly sessions.
  • Collate content from managers for monthly company meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and project coordination.

Personal Logistics & Lifestyle Management

  • Travel & Itinerary Planning: Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all details (transfers, rentals, reservations) are verified to avoid disruptions.
  • Property & Move Coordination: Manage relocation logistics, including utilities, local service providers, and contractor scheduling.
  • Personal Bookings: Handle dinner reservations, event ticketing, and family holiday planning with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English; ability to navigate UK cultural nuances and business etiquette.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an EA or PA role, preferably supporting UK or EU-based executives.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and online booking tools.
  • Attributes: Extreme ownership mindset, highly organized, calm under pressure, adaptable to time zone differences.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Skills & Qualities

  • Familiarity with travel platforms and property management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in professional growthpotential for increased hours or expanded responsibilities over time.
