Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • managing client goals and priorities
  • optimizing their time through calendar management and streamlined scheduling
  • crafting holistic growth plans
  • building strong relationships with their network and team
  • creating impactful communications, including presentations, reports, and social media content

Your dedication to exceeding expectations and providing top-tier support will be key to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong work ethic. You should be tech-proficient with Google Suite, productivity tools, and project management apps, and an excellent communicator with fluency in written and verbal English. Experience working the Philippine night shift is preferred. We value dependability, resourcefulness, and a passion for helping others succeed. A commitment to continuous growth, strong social perception, and the ability to adapt to diverse tasks, such as event organization and podcast production, are highly desired.
