- Experience: 5+ years of progressive professional experience, including at least 3 years directly supporting a Founder, CEO, Principal, or C-suite executive in a high-trust environment; experience in consulting, professional services, security, legal, financial services, technology, or another confidential and client-sensitive environment preferred; experience supporting multiple senior leaders or balancing competing executive priorities a plus.
