Executive Leader for Operations – Financial Services

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our organization. This role will oversee end-to-end financial operations with a deep focus on Credit Risk Management and Commercial Collections within the Finance and Technology sectors. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, establish best-in-class processes, and lead strategic initiatives across our global business services framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment.
- Build and scale a Center of Excellence (COE) from the ground up in a BPO setting, ensuring sustainable and efficient financial operations.
- Drive credit risk management strategies, ensuring compliance and minimizing exposure.
- Oversee commercial collections, ensuring timely recovery and strong client relationships.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial services with business growth objectives.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Credit Risk Management and Commercial Collections within Finance/Tech industries.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services, specifically managing the O2C cycle.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading a COE in a BPO environment.
- Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
