Key Objectives of the Role
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & Alignment
Translate corporate strategy and annual goals into actionable departmental plans.
Facilitate the strategic planning process and ensure quarterly goals are met.
Run the weekly execution meetings, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly planning sessions.
Ensure that all departments KPIs are aligned to company objectives and reviewed regularly.
2. Performance & Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day execution of all departments (Business Units, Support Services, SOMI, Marketing).
Track and report organizational health using KPI dashboards and scorecards.
Ensure consistency, efficiency, and accountability in operations.
Identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks quickly.
3. Leadership Development & Talent Readiness
Coach and mentor department heads for leadership readiness.
Evaluate HR, Finance, and Supply Chain heads for succession into Support Services Director.
Build a performance-driven leadership culture through data, clarity, and recognition.
4. Governance & Process Discipline
Maintain company cadenceensure all meetings produce clear decisions and follow-through.
Support ISO 9001:2015 compliance through process adherence and continual improvement.
Enforce documentation and accountability systems across departments.
5. Communication & Coordination
Serve as primary bridge between CEO and department heads.
Distill complex issues into clear, data-driven summaries for CEO decision.
Ensure transparent communication flow between leadership, BUs, and staff.
Partner with Marketing & Comms to align internal messaging with leadership priorities.
Qualifications:
10+ years in senior operations, general management, or cross-functional leadership
Proven success in integrating multiple departments or business units
Experience in B2B, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments preferred
Familiarity with ISO, KPI systems, and continuous improvement practices
Experience working within an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) organization is highly preferred.
Experience as an EOS Integrator or equivalent strategic operations leadership role is a major plus.
