Executive Housekeeper
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The role manages housekeeping staff, monitors room and public area cleanliness, controls inventory and expenses, and ensures compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage staffing schedules, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, uniforms, and equipment inventory.
- Control departmental expenses and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel or serviced residence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, safety standards, and inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
