Executive Housekeeper to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day Housekeeping and Laundry Operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and support the Housekeeping and Laundry teams while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel housekeeping and laundry policies, procedures, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules based on occupancy levels, events, and operational requirements.
- Monitor guest feedback across various platforms and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain housekeeping and laundry standards, continuously improving operational processes, productivity, and quality.
- Oversee linen and uniform inventory, laundry quality, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and timely delivery of linen and laundry requirements.
About You
- Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Previous experience in a similar Housekeeping leadership role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service excellence.
- Knowledge of laundry operations, linen management, garment care, and quality control is an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Committed to continuous learning and staff development.
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Capable of working independently and performing effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Confident, professional, tactful, and a strong team player.
