Makati Shangri-La is a deluxe hotel located at the center of Manila's financial and commercial district, only minutes away from the international airport. The hotel offers spacious guestrooms and suites, the exclusive Horizon Club, world-class restaurants and bars, top-of-the-line recreational facilities, complimentary broadband and Wi-Fi Internet access, and premiere function rooms.

We are looking for Executive Housekeeper to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day Housekeeping and Laundry Operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and support the Housekeeping and Laundry teams while maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel housekeeping and laundry policies, procedures, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules based on occupancy levels, events, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor guest feedback across various platforms and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain housekeeping and laundry standards, continuously improving operational processes, productivity, and quality.
  • Oversee linen and uniform inventory, laundry quality, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and timely delivery of linen and laundry requirements.

About You

  • Strong understanding of hotel housekeeping and laundry operations.
  • Previous experience in a similar Housekeeping leadership role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service excellence.
  • Knowledge of laundry operations, linen management, garment care, and quality control is an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staff development.
  • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Capable of working independently and performing effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Confident, professional, tactful, and a strong team player.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with a welcoming and service-oriented approach.
