Your Bite-size Role
Power 4 All, Inc. is currently looking for an Executive Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of company personnel, documents, and goods to various destinations. The role involves ensuring that all vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, routes are planned efficiently, and all driving activities are conducted in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Your Role Has a Wide Range Of Responsibilities
- Transport company executives, clients, and VIP guests safely and promptly to and from meetings, events, and other activities of the company.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents handled during transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the company's vehicles, including conducting daily checks, fueling, and arranging for regular maintenance and repairs.
- Plan routes with an emphasis on efficiency and time management, considering traffic conditions, road works, and weather to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Assist with logistical tasks, such as coordinating with security personnel for high-profile transportation needs and ensuring adherence to corporate safety protocols.
- Execute administrative errands, including delivering documents and packages to corporate partners, banks, and government offices as needed.
- Complete trip reports, vehicle logs, and expense records accurately and on time.
- Comply with all road regulations and safety standards, following company policies to ensure a secure environment for passengers and cargo.
- Remain on-call for urgent transportation needs, including after-hours, weekends, or public holidays as required by executive schedules.
Who We Need For The High-performance Team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in defensive driving is an asset.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of road networks, traffic patterns, and landmarks within the Luzon Area.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of vehicles, including luxury sedans and SUVs, with experience in managing vehicles equipped with advanced security and technology features.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Discretion, professionalism, and an understanding of corporate etiquette and protocol.
