Job Summary:

The Executive Director will report to the Board of Trustees of BingoPlus Foundation, Inc. and will be assigned the following primary duties & responsibilities: conceptualizes the programs, budget and procedures of the organization, provides reporting to the President and Board of Trustees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Accountable for developing strategic plans together with the Program Manager and Program Officers to support the implementation of different CSR programs, activities, and projects (PAP) of the Foundation
  • Provide oversight and social development competency assistance in conducting CSR activities within the host communities and partner organizations

Stakeholder Management

  • Accountable for presenting and communicating the advocacy of the Foundation to the employees and foundation stakeholders, in effect increasing the overall visibility of DigiPlus and the Foundation internally and externally
  • Represents the Foundation in internal and external network opportunities, events, and meetings
  • Implements Conduct of Information, Communication, Education (ICE) campaign related to the Foundation's advocacy and programs
  • Engages the Foundation stakeholders via dialogs, meetings, fora and discussions about issues and concerns affecting the operations/activities of DigiPlus

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, handling programs, activities, and projects related to social and environmental initiatives
  • Strong experience in policy creation and implementation that aligns to Foundation VMV and strategic direction
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Wide experience in engaging with different external organizations
  • Strong relationship-building
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Word, Powerpoint, Excel- or related similar software
  • Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
