Role Summary and Impact

We are looking for a passionate and analyticallydriven Executive, Content Analytics & Insights to join ourgrowing team. In this role, you will support the measurement, analysis, andoptimisation of content performance across multiple platforms and channels,translating data into actionable insights that drive client strategy andbusiness outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse content performance across digital platforms including social media, owned & earned channels, video, and web
  • Build and maintain regular reporting dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or similar
  • Track KPIs including reach, engagement, sentiment, viewability, and conversion metrics
  • Prepare clear and concise weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance reports

Insights & Strategy Support

  • Translate complex data sets into meaningful, actionable insights for internal teams and clients
  • Identify content trends, audience behaviour patterns, and competitive intelligence
  • Support senior team members in developing data-led content strategies and recommendations
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and contribute to end-of-campaign reviews

Collaboration & Client Servicing

  • Work closely with content, planning, and strategy teams to align analytics outputs with campaign objectives
  • Support client presentations with relevant data storytelling and visualisation
  • Liaise with platform partners (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to gather data and benchmark performance

Tools & Technology

  • Maintain proficiency across analytics and social listening platforms
  • Assist in the onboarding and optimisation of analytics tools
  • Support the team in exploring emerging measurement frameworks and methodologies

Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a media, digital marketing, or analytics role (agency experience preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong numerical and analytical mindset with a curiosity for data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their native analytics tools
  • Good understanding of digital media KPIs and content performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
