Role Overview
The Executive Business Director will oversee and manage a strategic portfolio of business initiatives, working closely with the President to drive organizational growth and long-term value. This role provides high-level financial advisory, ensures operational excellence, and guides the execution of strategic plans across the organization.
Qualifications
- Must have a Masters Degree from a recognized international university.
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in business leadership, with extensive experience in the real estate or property development industry.
- Proven track record in managing complex business portfolios and driving profitability.
- Strong strategic planning, financial advisory, and risk management skills.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with C-suite executives and influence organizational decisions.
