Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant, based in Metro Manila and physically located in The Cat Clinic (TCC) office.
While Wildleaf is the hiring entity, this role supports the Founder across multiple businesses and works closely with the TCC operations team.
This is not a traditional EA role.
We are looking for someone who is highly driven, resourceful, and strategicsomeone who takes ownership, figures things out, and moves work forward without waiting to be told what to do.
The Executive Assistant will support both business and coordination needs, acting as a trusted extension of the Founder.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Business Support- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with strong prioritization
- Handle communications and draft correspondence on behalf of the Founder when appropriate
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Admin) to ensure tasks move forward
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and loose ends to prevent delays
- Assist with permits, renewals, compliance, vendor coordination, and administrative processes
- Flag issues, risks, or bottlenecks early and help drive solutions
Personal & Household Coordination (Occasional)- Coordinate with household staff, drivers, and service providers as needed
- Assist with logistics such as deliveries, repairs, scheduling, and sourcing of services
- Handle coordination-based personal tasks that require organization, follow-through, and judgment
- (This role does not involve physical errands or household laboronly coordination and problem-solving.)

- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendars, trackers)
- Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions
- Background in administration, coordination, leadership roles, project work, or operations is a plus
