Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and executive support to the firm's attorneys and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, exercises exceptional discretion, and has a strong understanding of law firm operations.
This is a full-time, remote position. Prior experience working in a law firm is required.
- Key Responsibilities
Manage complex attorney calendars, meetings, deadlines, and appointments.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
Draft, edit, proofread, and format legal correspondence, reports, presentations, engagement letters, and other professional documents.
Assist with legal document preparation, organization, and file management.
Maintain organized electronic filing systems and ensure documents are accurately stored and easily accessible.
Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, attorneys, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
Support attorneys with administrative tasks related to litigation and transactional legal matters.
Track deadlines, prioritize competing tasks, and proactively anticipate the needs of attorneys and firm leadership.
Handle confidential legal and client information with the highest level of discretion.
Coordinate meetings, virtual conferences, and special projects as assigned.
- Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant within a law firm.
Previous experience supporting attorneys in a legal environment is required.
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal documentation, and law firm administrative procedures.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting attorneys in business law, commercial litigation, nonprofit law, or corporate legal matters.
Familiarity with legal document management systems and legal calendaring.
Experience coordinating client communications and managing confidential legal files.

Compensation & Benefits
Payment in USD or local currency, according to the candidate's preference.
