Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Instructional Design & Curriculum Development: Develop and update engaging training materials, modules, and performance assessments that align with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Virtual Facilitation & Coaching: Deliver impactful live training sessions and one-on-one coaching using various virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams), employing effective instructional techniques to ensure knowledge transfer and skill acquisition.
- Performance Evaluation & Quality Assurance: Conduct practical assessments and simulated scenarios to evaluate trainee competency and readiness for client engagement. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain consistent service standards and address performance gaps.
- Process Optimization & Documentation: Translate complex client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into clear, actionable checklists and documentation. Manage and maintain an organized library of training resources and guides.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with management and L&D specialists to identify training needs and skill gaps. Provide regular, data-driven reports on training effectiveness, pass rates, and remediation plans.
- Professional Standards & Compliance: Ensure all VAs are trained on and adhere to data privacy protocols, security measures, and professional communication standards in a remote work setting.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- At least B2 in CEF Language proficiency in English
Skills & Behaviors
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, proactivity, and the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with project management tools (MS Projects, Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and virtual communication platforms (Yammer, Teams, Zoom).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is highly desired.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), corporate training, or BPO coaching role.
- Proven experience as a high-level Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives, is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
- This is work in office and will follow Australian Time.
