Role Description The Executive Assistant to the VP for Learning is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu, providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President for Learning. The role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports and other documentation. The Executive Assistant will organize and maintain records, draft and review correspondence, and prepare presentations and reports related to academic and learning initiatives. The position also involves serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on requests and action items. The Executive Assistant will help coordinate learning-related projects, monitor deadlines, and support the VP in implementing academic strategies and programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong executive administrative assistance and executive support skills, including discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience preparing and tracking expense reports and managing basic budgeting or documentation related to financial processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in calendaring and scheduling, including managing complex calendars, meetings, and events for senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and collaboration platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in an academic or educational environment is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field preferred.
