Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This position provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Vice President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The role involves drafting and reviewing correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-through on action items. The Executive Assistant will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, help organize sales and marketing events, and support day-to-day office operations to ensure the Vice President's activities run efficiently. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong executive administrative assistance and executive support skills, including handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for executives.
  • Experience preparing, tracking, and reconciling expense reports and related documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, email and calendar applications).
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati and open to travel to and from the site, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership in sales, marketing, or real estate industries is an advantage.
