Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrator and executive support-related tasks. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO's office. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO's schedule is well-managed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screen and prioritizing communications.
- Email and Inbox Management
- Minute and Action taking attend key meetings to take minutes and actions arising from the meeting, send a summary to attendees post-meeting etc.
- Task Management using Zoho One suite of modules for CRM, Projects, Markting and Task management.
- Business Writing take dictated and written instructions from the CEO to help with business document preparation.
- Event Planning organise, plan and manage all client related events such as dinners, roundtable lunches and partner events.
- May need to assist in payroll, HR management, general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Marketing Support provide assistance to our marketing efforts such as:
- Managing our LinkedIn account
- Email Distribution Marketing (EDM) and
- Webinars
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- With at least 2 4 + years of direct hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO
- Skilled in the use of apps and technology
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time
- This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates
- Can work independently without supervision
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
