Assistant to the CEO

Ortigas, Pasig City | Onsite (5x a week)

Compensation: Highly Negotiable / Open-ended based on expertise

Ventaja International Corporation is seeking a high-caliber Assistant to the CEO to serve as the strategic right hand to our CEO. This role is designed for top-tier graduates from Ateneo, DLSU, or UP who have latin honors and demonstrated leadership. You will gain direct exposure to C-suite operations, manage high-stakes information, and contribute to key business initiatives in the fast-moving fintech industry.

Qualifications

• Preferably from Ateneo, DLSU, or UP.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, or similar concentration.
• Graduated with Honors.
• Leadership experience in school organizations or external communities.
• Can report onsite 5x a week in our office at Ortigas, Pasig City.
