We are looking for an energetic and eager Executive Assistant to join our growing team to support the CEO in developing our brand and business.
The CEO is an international speaker and author who's on a mission to inspire and empower entrepreneurs and is looking for someone who is passionate to help on this mission. This role has significant potential for the right candidate who wants to take responsibility and deliver great results to working directly the CEO.
The Ideal Candidate is someone who is:
Extremely organised and able to balance the multiple tasks and deadlines on a daily basis

Logical thinker with a hunger for problem solving
Strong attention to detail to ensure the CEO's task list, diary and workload is organised
Technical in their nature and enjoys understanding and leveraging technology

Principal Accountabilities:
Act as a first point of contact for all enquiries for the CEO, dealing with emails, WhatsApp and social media messages
Manage CEO's calendar, organise meetings and appointments for personal and professional needs
Attending CEO's online trainings and Facebook Lives/Instagram Lives to manage comments, chat boxes and share questions as needed
Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation
Notify CEO of important tasks and deadlines that need their attention
Manage task list and workload for the CEO in our project management system (Teamwork)
Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems to a high standard
Liaise with team members, contacts and clients to support the CEO as required
Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO as required
Required Competences:
Role Specific:
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Management or role with relevant skills or abilities (industry knowledge is not required)
Demonstrate excellent skills of organisation, project management and communication to ensure high quality of delivery
Demonstrate some knowledge of social media and communication platforms
Have an eye for attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high quality of communication with all parties
Trustworthy with complete discretion and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of information shared
Company-wide:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be fluent in English
Collaborative working style and team-player attitude, supporting other team members where required
Eager to learn, ability to take on feedback and open for growth and development.
Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and prioritize tasks while working independently
