Speakerbox Media is a fast-growing podcast and media company based in Houston, Texas. We work with founders, executives, and brands to produce high-quality podcasts and media content that help them build authority in their industries.

Were looking for a reliable, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping a fast-moving business run smoothly behind the scenes.

You will play a key role in helping the CEO stay focused on the most important priorities while keeping day-to-day operations organized.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Managing the CEOs calendar and helping prioritize meetings and tasks
  • Tracking expenses and organizing financial records
  • Supporting QuickBooks entries and bookkeeping organization
  • Managing reimbursements, invoices, and expense documentation
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and logistics
  • Organizing documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Identifying problems early and helping propose solutions
  • Helping keep the CEO focused on the highest priorities

  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software

  • Comfort working with remote teams

Remote (Philippines-based applicants preferred)

Part-time: 1525 hours per week

Pay: $7$8 per hour depending on experience
