Were looking for a reliable, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and helping a fast-moving business run smoothly behind the scenes.
You will play a key role in helping the CEO stay focused on the most important priorities while keeping day-to-day operations organized.

Responsibilities May Include
- Managing the CEOs calendar and helping prioritize meetings and tasks
- Tracking expenses and organizing financial records
- Supporting QuickBooks entries and bookkeeping organization
- Managing reimbursements, invoices, and expense documentation
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and logistics
- Organizing documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Identifying problems early and helping propose solutions
- Helping keep the CEO focused on the highest priorities

Remote (Philippines-based applicants preferred)
Part-time: 1525 hours per week
Pay: $7$8 per hour depending on experience
